If we detect that a single account is being accessed simultaneously across multiple unauthorized locations or devices, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice or a refund.

 
3. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
By creating an account and purchasing a pricing plan, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding financial agreement. If you are under 18, you may not buy a subscription.
 
4. Billing, Auto-Renewals, and Price Adjustments

  • Recurring Fees: By signing up for a monthly or annual subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your connected payment method at the start of each new billing period.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust our pricing plans. We will always provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice via the email address on your account before any price changes take effect on recurring subscriptions.

  • Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to retry the card. If the payment cannot be settled within five (5) days, your premium page access will be revoked until a valid payment method is provided.

 
5. Limitation of Liability
Our website and video streams are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we use premium video hosting (SproutVideo) to deliver top-tier playback, we do not guarantee that access will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with outdated hardware or third-party web browsers.
